Search for Desired Products
You can search for the desired products using the search box at the top of the site or by navigating through the product categories in the website menu. Additionally, if you already know the codes of the signs you want to order, you can search for them using those codes in the search box.
Select Details (e.g., dimensions, type of film)
On the product page of the item you want to order, you will need to choose a few details before adding the product to your cart. For example, you must select the desired size or, for some signs, specify the dimensions (length and height). You must also choose the type of film that will cover the sign.
Add to Cart
After selecting all details and viewing the price (all prices displayed on the website include VAT), you can choose the quantity and click the ADD TO CART button. The product will be added to your cart, and you will receive a confirmation message with two links: Checkout (if you want to complete your order) and View Cart (if you want to review your selected products).
Checkout
After adding all desired products to your cart, it’s time to finalize your order. From any page of the website, click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner, check your order list, and if everything is correct, click the CHECKOUT button at the bottom.
Billing Information
Before placing your order, you must fill in a few fields with billing details (company name, tax code, registration number, address, etc.) and the contact person's information.
Shipping Address
If you want your order shipped to the same address as your billing address, no additional details are required. If you need delivery to a different address, check Ship to a Different Address (below the billing details fields) and enter the delivery address.
Payment Method
În continuare, alege cum vrei să plătești produsele comandate: Numerar la livrare (vei plăti ramburs la livrarea produselor comandate) sau Transfer bancar direct (vei putea plăti direct în contul nostru bancar, folosind ID-ul comenzii tale ca referință de plată).
Place Order
Once everything is set, check the box confirming that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of semnalizarerutiera.ro, then click PLACE ORDER. If successful, you will receive an order confirmation with details.
Phone Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a notification confirming we received your order, along with an email with order details. One of our representatives will contact you by phone to confirm the order and discuss any additional details. Once everything is settled, we will begin processing your order.
Product Delivery
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange delivery. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price. Payment for delivery is made in cash to Fan Courier upon package pickup:
- First kg: 11 lei + 0.85 lei/kg for additional weight.
- If there is no Fan Courier office in your location, an additional fee of 0.8 lei/km applies.
- Cash on delivery service fee: 5.5 lei (fixed rate, regardless of order value).
