Collection: Indicators of guidance

Guidance indicators serve to direct drivers to localities or targets, to locate them, to mark the boundaries of administrative-territorial entities, to identify the roads on which they travel, to exist on the road side of special-purpose bands and to confirm directly after intersections.

The significance of the background colours of the guidance indicators is as follows:
- Green fund - for motorways;
- Blue fund - for other public roads;
- White fund - for local objectives;
- Brown fund - for sights.

If the background of the indicator or of a mark on the indicator is green, blue or brown, the inscriptions on it are white, and if the background of the indicator or of a mark on it is white, and the inscriptions are black.

Warning, prohibition or restriction indicators may be shown on the pre-signalling signs whose significance is applied to a section of the road following one of the intersection branches. The pre-signalling indicators may be located on the right side of the road or above the road floor on the portals or consoles.

At the location where the indicators have a pre-selection role on the lane of the driving directions, the destination locality or localities related to the respective band shall be marked as a panel installed above each lane; at the lower part of the panel shall be shown to the floor and down.
